Latest Volkswagen Polo to feature Digital Cockpit as standard
Volkswagen is to launch its latest Polo model with a Digital Cockpit as standard, which it says is designed in a way that presents drivers with all relevant vehicle information on a single line of sight to minimize distraction.
As part of a major technical and visual update for the Polo, base models will feature the updated cockpit, consisting of digital instruments and a 203mm central display, controlled using the multifunction steering wheel. Alongside this, the German OEM’s Composition Infotainment system also features a 155mm touchscreen on the Polo and Life trim options.
A multitude of functions can be used via the steering wheel, or buttons on the system itself, including an integrated Bluetooth cell phone interface, digital radio reception (DAB+) and volume control.
