Complete – From Pixel to Torque
Our platform supports the requirements for a complete ADAS and AD software suite that takes care of every single process from sensing to vehicle control.
Computer vision, sensor fusion, localization, decision and control, on-board/off-board analytics, safety cases, cloud, data probing, over-the-air software updates and continuous deployment are all in-built capabilities of the platform. Our hardware blueprint is a combination of several exterior cameras, radars, ultrasonics, lidar, a driver monitor, as well as a powerful vehicle computer.
Open – For third party innovation
Our software platform, equipped with perception and control capability, is open to third-party development e.g. for new innovative vehicle features or for new services based on data collected by the vehicle fleet.
Scalable – From NCAP-level ADAS to high-end AD
The modularity of the platform answers to the requirements of having different vehicle trim levels based on the same software platform. In a modular way allow for deployment of single radar/camera ADAS to unsupervised highway driving features without changing the underlying architecture, ensuring scalability from a feature as well as from a cost of ownership perspective.

Zenseact platform provides a viable path towards offering continuously relevant autonomous driving and active safety features for consumer vehicles. By automating the development and deployment lifecycle we are able to ensure that consumers will experience a seamless consumption journey across base features to on-demand and upgrade premium on-demand features.
Zenseact（ゼンセアクト）はボルボの子会社として生まれた自動運転技術のソフトウェア開発企業です。
本社はスウェーデンのヨーテボリ、ボルボ・カーズの本社より東の市内中心部近くにあります。
ボルボの自動運転については1990年代に始まり、2017年にはZenunityという会社を設立して研究開発を行っていたのですが、2020年に開発資産をアップデートする形でZenseactが誕生するに至りました。
合弁企業のパートナーだったAutolivが事業分割を図り当該事業をVeoneerとして独立、VeoneerはZenunityの株式を取得しましたが、その後VolvoとVeoneeerは合弁事業を清算というややこしい流れでいったん解消し、新たに生まれたのがVolvoが間接的に立ち上げたZenseactだったのです。
同社はセンサーから車両制御までのすべてのプロセスを処理する完全なADASをサポートしており、外部カメラ、レーダー、超音波、LiDAR、ドライバーモニター、車載コンピューターを含めた統合システムを提供する企業です。
