前回は、カーボンプライシングが本当に経済成長を阻害するのか、シミュレーション結果をもとに検証を行った。その結果は、炭素税はむしろ経済成長を促進するというものであった。今回は引き続きカーボンプライシングについて扱う。政府の審議会に提出された２つの分析結果はどのようなものだったのか、京都大学大学院経済学研究科教授の諸富徹氏が、検証を行う。
