General Motors Backed Radar Software Developer Oculii to be Acquired by Silicon Valley Computer Vision Company Ambarella Inc.

Ambarella Inc. (Nasdaq: AMBA), a Silicon Valley-based developer of semiconductors for high-definition video compression and computer vision processing, announced this week it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Oculii, a Dayton, Ohio-based radar software company that’s backed by automaker General Motors.
