Volkswagen has made some executive appointments as it prepares to launch its new rugged electric truck brand Scout. Scott Keogh, who has served as President and CEO of Volkswagen Group of America since Nov 2018, will turn over his responsibilities in order to focus solely on the development of the Scout brand in the U.S.
