Why Lam Research Is Investing in India

Today Lam Research held the grand opening of our newest research and development (R&D) lab, the India Center for Engineering (ICE), which will play a critical role in developing the technology our customers need in a time of rising manufacturing complexity. ICE, which is in Bengaluru, the Silicon Valley of India, is Lam’s fifth R&D lab, the second to open this year , and our second in Asia.
