Day 2 of Automotive Testing Expo saw Honda Development & Manufacturing of America speak to visitors about its brand-new Honda Automotive Laboratories of Ohio (HALO) wind tunnel facility, located on the grounds of the Transportation Research Center in East Liberty, Ohio.
