Eight people have died and four others were injured in a head-on collision between a Honda Fit and a VW Touareg on the Harare-Mutare highway in Zimbabwe. The Honda Fit allegedly encroached into oncoming traffic, resulting in the accident. The injured were taken to the hospital, and one of them has since died. The police have named the eight deceased individuals, and authorities are urging motorists to exercise caution and avoid dangerous driving practices.
