The first step is to profile the fleet and determine its needs. Next, start with easy wins by implementing EVs for drivers who have the infrastructure and limited daily mileage. Choose drivers who will be advocates for EV adoption. Rethink the fleet structure, considering alternative brands and smaller electric vans.
