Kistler introduces caliTEST-B calibration device
The caliTEST-B, Kistler’s new test device, is a compact and cost-effective alternative to the established caliTEST calibration device for torque wrenches. It enables the calibration of torque wrenches or tools with an effective length of up to 1,320mm according to DIN EN ISO 6789. The focus in development of the test device was on user-friendliness and flexibility, making it suitable for quick and easy calibration of screwdriver-shaped torque tools.
Standards like DIN EN ISO 6789 regulate the testing of fasteners and associated tools to ensure the safety of bolted connections in various applications such as airplanes, cars or steel constructions.
