CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited (“CG”), a part of Tube Investments of India Limited and the Murugappa Group; Renesas Electronics Corporation (TSE: 6723, “Renesas”), a premier supplier of advanced semiconductor solutions; and Stars Microelectronics (Thailand) Public Co.
