measX introduces software tool for pedestrian protection

measX, a specialist in test bench technology and test data management, has introduced evaluation software tailored for pedestrian protection.

The X-Pedpro software consolidates measX’s knowledge of assessing pedestrian protection tests into a single tool to simplify the entire test process.

In the tests to protect unprotected road users, head and leg impactors are shot at the front of the vehicle to determine the risk of injury in the event of a collision.
