Cambridge University embraces DiL simulation for latest research project

Cambridge University’s Engineering Department (CUED) has worked alongside the team at Ansible Motion on a new driver behaviour study to compare how novice and expert drivers steer during extreme vehicle manoeuvres, uncovering differences in learning patterns and control strategies. The CUED team is using Ansible Motion’s Delta S3 driver-in-the-loop simulator to create data for the study, with full data analysis due to be completed later this year
