Toyota begins major upgrades at Arizona Proving Grounds

Toyota Motor North America (Toyota) has announced that it has broken ground on the construction of new facilities for vehicle and automotive technology testing and development at its Arizona Proving Grounds. The US$50 million construction project includes a 5.5-mile oval track and new ride and handling surfaces, among other improvements
