R&S debuts 150GHz RF power sensor targeting next-gen automotive radar
Rohde & Schwarz has developed what it says is the world’s first RF power sensor featuring a 0.80mm RF connector that enables continuous coverage from DC to 150GHz. The new R&S NRP150T thermal power sensor offers the widest non-banded frequency range of any commercially available RF power sensor, opening up new possibilities in high-frequency power measurement, including emerging automotive radar bands. It also simplifies the validation and calibration of RF instruments.
The R&S NRP150T extends the upper frequency limit of the company’s NRPxT series to 150GHz and is the first RF power sensor capable of covering all automotive radar frequency bands, including new higher-frequency ranges.
