Faraday Future develops 27in rear passenger display for FF 91 EV

Faraday Future says that its FF 91 EV will feature a 27in rear passenger display (RSD) with voice control and the ability to conduct in-vehicle video conferencing while commuting.

To this end, the FF 91 is also equipped with in-cabin-facing cameras that support video conferencing features. When the RSD is turned on, users can access their contacts through conferencing applications to keep connected with friends, family and business associates while on the road. The applications will run natively on the in-vehicle computer and be mirrored to the users’ mobile devices for remote control.

Faraday states that in the initial design phase for the rear passenger experience, it sought to create a conduit between the home and office – what it calls the third-internet living space.
